I started singing at a very young age and and have always loved writing poetry and lyrics. I figured out I needed to learn an instrument to accompany the poetry I was writing, so I picked up a twelve string Ovation guitar at the age of 16 and learned as many chords as I could. I began to feel a call on my life so I started pursuing a life in music. I began leading worship in my church youth group shortly after. As I began putting my words to music, I started producing songs that I would eventually sing in church services. There is no better feeling in life than to know that you are doing exactly what you were created to do.

My latest song is called So Long. It describes the changing of a season of my life and how God is always faithful to provide new doors and opportunities even if they don't look quite like we expected. It's about holding onto His promises.
